I would say this is farcical, but that would be a misuse of the word. Let’s just say it’s really, really bad. If this is Microsoft’s secret weapon against Apple (whose stores offer some of the highest revenue-per-square-foot to be found anywhere), I’d say Steven Jobs can sleep well at night.
